Starting in February 2023 you may receive a text message when a debit card transaction is flagged as fraud.

The texts will always come from number 37268.

You will never be asked to click on a link.  The amount of the transaction, merchant, and last 4 digits of card will be included in the text. All you have to do is respond with YES or NO.

The message will include a number for call back to our fraud monitoring team. As always you can call your local branch during business hours to confirm transaction or ask for additional details.

You do not have to enroll in this service.  You can opt out at any time by replying STOP when you receive a fraud alert text message.
