Nichole Scott | Human Resources Manager

Nichole Scott is the Human Resources Manager for Prospect Bank. Her primary duties include employee benefits, payroll, human resource policies and employee relations for all bank locations and employees. Nichole joined the Bank in March of 2013. A lifelong resident of Paris, Nichole is a graduate of Paris High School. After high school graduation, she received an AAS degree in Accounting from Indiana Business College. She has had the opportunity of working in many diverse industries, all in a Human Resource Manager capacity indirectly supervising upward to 250 employees. This diverse background gives Nichole a good understanding of the differences in people, their backgrounds, and developing plans to meet individual career goals. Nichole and her husband, Rick, reside in Paris with their two children; Max and Stella.
